How to Report an Issue

  1. Describe the issue and where it occurred in the app.
  2. Include your device type (e.g., iPhone/Android), OS version, and app version (see app settings/about).
  3. Attach screenshots or screen recordings if possible.

Account Deletion

Because Aimlink GO allows users to create an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data via email. Deletion requests are handled by Aimlink.ai ApS in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Note: If you submitted a deletion request through a store form (e.g., Google Play), you still need to email us so we can verify your identity and fulfill the request.
